How To Make A Petal Wreath

Here's what you lot need to make a petal burlap wreath:

12 inch foam wreath form
ane yard of burlap
72 white bouquet pins
cloth scissors or rotary cutter and mat
1 g of ii 1/2 inch wide wired ribbon
one/2 yard jute
hot glue gun

First, cutting 3 2 inch strips of burlap from the g. Employ hot gum and wrap the wreath course. This is the merely part of this wreath that uses hot glue. Hooray for our fingers!

And so take one exterior corner and fold it to the bottom corner.

Accept the other exterior corner and fold it to the bottom corner, overlapping the previous corner. (Thank goodness for pictures correct?!)

Then pin the burlap petal to the wreath form. Offset in the very center of the wreath class. We opted to utilize pins for iv reasons.

1 – Hot glue burns our fingers.

2 – Nosotros would take needed 100 hot gum guns to accept a successful craft class. That's a lot of burnt fingers.

3 – The pins look cute peeking through just a fleck.

Take a 9 inch strip and fold the end in one-half lengthwise:

Cut at an angle, making sure to start the cutting on the folded side.

Do the aforementioned to the other 9 inch strip.

Now scrunch the uncut ends together like this:

And pivot them to the wreath. You only made the bow tails.

Now take the 18 inch strip and fold the ii ends into the centre, overlapping them but a chip.

Tie some jute around the middle.

Last, tie the bow onto the wreath at the top of the two tail pieces, roofing the pivot.

And you are a large cheater. 😉
